We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel facilities were top-notch and the staff were very attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only a short walk to the Happo bus terminal and to the Nakiyama slope in Hakuba Happo One. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and we appreciated the spacious ski and snowboard lockers that were available. The breakfast was also fantastic and provided us with plenty of energy for a day on the mountain. We also loved the convenience of the hotel's transportation options.
Everything great.

This hotel is simply luxurious, fulfilling all our exclusive amenities needs. The helpful staff made sure to grant us outside hours access arrangements. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided us with mouth-watering homemade dishes and friendly bartenders. The hot spring bath was spacious and clean, and the sauna was a great addition. The location is perfect with just a short walk to the Happo lifts.
The only minor issue we found was the lack of hot milk at breakfast for our morning coffee. However, the hotel staff kindly brought us hot milk every morning when we requested it, making up for the absence of it.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near the bus terminal, making it easy for us to catch the bus to nearby attractions. The room was modern and clean, with a well-appointed bathroom. The staff provided top-notch service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of food options to choose from.
We were disappointed to find that the hotel's restaurant was not available for those without a reservation, and other dining options in town were limited.

Amazing stay! The hotel was super new and modern. It had a great location near the ski slopes, just a short walk away. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and provided a perfect start to the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. The communal bath was lovely and very clean.
One thing that could be improved was the level of knowledge of the staff regarding local attractions and services. Although they were friendly and helpful, they didn't seem to know much about the area outside of town.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The rooms were so clean and comfortable, and the onsen was absolutely beautiful! The staff was so friendly and attentive, making our stay even better. We also loved how easy it was to access ski hire and the ski lockers – it made our trip so much more convenient. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day ahead!
That it was a bit tricky to find restaurants for lunch and dinner as most were closed for the ski season. However, the hotel staff was really helpful and helped us find the best options available.

Our stay at The Happo By Hakuba Hotel Group was absolutely fabulous! The newly upgraded rooms and bathrooms were pristine and luxurious. The onsen was clean and provided all the necessary amenities. We loved the convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the train station. The breakfast, though not a buffet, offered a delicious menu selection and a fantastic coffee made from a fancy machine. The hotel's location was great, with a short walk to the Happo one lift and a store across the hotel for equipment rentals. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!
